This 2-day desert tour from Marrakech to Zagora is the quickest way to spend a night in the desert. You cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m), visit the UNESCO-listed kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou and Ouarzazate, then follow the Draa Valley and its palm groves down to Zagora.

Marrakech – Zagora
Pickup at 7 am at your riad or hotel. Cross the High Atlas by the Tizi n'Tichka pass, visit the kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, lunch in Ouarzazate, then follow the Draa Valley and its palm groves to Zagora. Camel ride into the dunes at sunset, dinner and night in a desert camp.
Zagora – Marrakech
Sunrise over the dunes and breakfast at the camp. Drive back through Agdz, Ouarzazate and the Tizi n'Tichka pass with photo stops, arriving in Marrakech around 7 pm.
